What is the process to get a website?
Once you get in touch with us, we'll guide you through a few simple questions to get an idea of what you need. If we can help you, we'll arrange a call at a mutually convenient time to discuss the details. Once we have all we need, we'll get started on the first draft for you ro review. No money exchanges hands until you have a completed website that you're happy with, and nothing is signed when we start the work, so you're not committed to anything. At the end of the day, we want to live happy, low stress lives. If our clients are happy and proud of how their new websites represent their businesses, then everybody's happy.
Do you visit my premises?
Not usually. The way we keep our costs down, and our prices low, is by streamlining our process and removing all non-vital parts of the traditional web design process. Visiting a client takes up our time and the client's time. If we visit 10 clients, that's 5 days of work lost. With a video call (or a telephone call, if you prefer), we can all be far more productive. On the odd ocassion, we do visit our clients, especially when they engage us for a big SEO campaign.
How long have you been in business?
Since 2007. Prior to that, our founder was a co-founder in an IT and web design company. We have been - for most of our existence - building ecommerce sites for a 3rd party shopping cart company, as well as business websites for companies across multiple sectors, from trasdesmen to dentists, chiropractors and coaches.
Why aren't you on Social Media?
Because our clients are not on Social Media. Companies take to Social Media to grow their brands and drum up business. We serve busy business owners who have no time for Social Media, so we don't use up valuable time there. That said, we have been delivering SEO campaigns for many years, and Social Media campaigns alongside that, as part of a well-rounded digital strategy. So we DO Social Media for the clients who require it, but we don't use it as a channel for our own business because that's not where our clients spend their time.
